Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in original condition
• Include original packaging
• Be free from stains, damage, or wear

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Final sale or clearance items

Return Process

To start a return, please email us at info@niva-lifestyle.com with:

• Your order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the item back.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@niva-lifestyle.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
